The Challenge

Vital Conversations was approached by a large national NGO seeking to create an environment that was robust, professional and flexible to help their organisation flourish in the face of increased competition, challenge and change.

The Process

Vital Conversations was asked to provide an extensive leadership development program for Senior Managers and emerging leaders.

Individual and team profiling was conducted to inform and assist the team at Vital Conversations to design and tailor training modules. We introduced support to the team in areas such as Solution Focused Conversations, Workplace Wellbeing and Resilience, Professional Supervision and Performance Management and Executive Presence.

Vital Conversations provided individual and team coaching to senior leaders to enact significant organisational change.  Coaching was undertaken for approximately 24 months.

Vital Conversations also assisted the leadership team to develop a clear and measurable Strategic Plan that was congruent with the leadership development program.

The Outcome

The outcome of the program was a significantly more confident leadership group that both internal and external stakeholders noticed. Resulting in the organisation being approached for advice and encouraged to apply for tenders by numerous government departments.  The organisation’s profile was noticed and awareness of their work increased in the community.

Working with Vital Conversations has allowed the NGO to remain progressive and relevant in an environment that is changing, challenging and extremely competitive.
